With two full-length indoor runs now available for our large-breed fur-baby clients, scheduling is critical for the efficient use of our space. To ensure we do not overbook these runs, appointments for large breeds (>70 lbs) cannot be booked online.

Our promise time for grooming and spa services is typically between two and three hours. If your pet is ready earlier than originally anticipated, you will receive a call and/or a text advising you that your fur-baby is ready for pick up, in which case we kindly ask that you arrange for prompt pick up.
Often times a pet (especially puppies and older fur-babies) will take longer than the typical appointment because they often need a break during their groom. As a result, we allow your pet’s comfort level with the grooming process to dictate the length of time it takes to complete their service.
Our space has been designed to ensure that your furry friend always has a warm and comfortable space to relax when needed. At our new location at 174 Trider Crescent in Dartmouth (opening soon), we have even added an outdoor fenced-in and secured area, so that our fur-clients can be accompanied outside to do their “business,” when needed.
We will do our very best to complete your pet’s groom within the standard promise time but if your pet needs some extra time in between their services, we ask that you kindly understand.
